We are a tax exempt 501(c) 3 and we are a public charity dedicated to educating the public about water, the conservation of water, the publishing of internet and hard copy articles and newsletters about water, the development of water saving equipment and devices, and the simplification of water regulations; while creating an atmosphere of economic opportunity and growth in the west.
Our website is almost complete. Since, we are constantly updating our Progress and our Projects, you often may find us in the middle of a revision or update.
