We have assembled a blue ribbon group of people with diverse strengths and backgrounds, all however who are positioned to contribute great academic knowledge and practical experience toward the goals of both conserving and providing water for future generations. David Anderson - Commercialization Chair A Harvard Business School Graduate with significant manufacturing experience. David will take our laboratory developments and set up the commercial manufacture.
Mark Boyce - Non-Profit Accounting Chair Partner in nationally recognized non-profit accounting. Will steer us through all the government and tax mazes.
Duncan Bremer - Corporate Attorney Duncan was educated at Andover and Yale and also earned a law degree. As a former El Paso County Commissioner he is well versed in local, county, and state water questions. Duncan chartered the corporation and will modify and expand our legal design as future needs develop.
Arthur C. Brock - Currency He designed his own degree in Artificial Intelligence at Michigan State University. Mr. Brock spent his early years becoming an expert in artificial intelligence while working at G.M., Chrysler, and Hughes Aircraft. Mr. Brock founded Dream Team Technologies, The Geek Gene, and Targeted Currencies Network. Arthur has designed innovative currency solutions to stimulate the flow of resources in both business and communities. (see website http://www.targetedcurrencies.net)
W.D. Farr - Amicus Emeritus Mr. Farr advised and counsuled us on water matters when we started. No introduction nor explanation need be given in The West. W.D. is Mr. Agriculture and Mr. Irrigation. although he passed away, we keep his name on our list to both honor and remember him. (see http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?r104:E14NO5-81:)
Jack Flobeck - President and Founder Started Aqua Prima Center in August of 2004. Devoting most time to Vision, Organization, Fund Raising, and Management. Yale Graduate with hi-tech and water experience along with business and marketing strengths drawn from startup exposure in several companies.
Tad Foster - Hydrology Chair Mr. Foster is an attorney and a Hydrologist. His advice and counsel are invaluable in all water matters. Tad is a member of the Colorado Water Quality Board. (see http://www.cwqf.org/Memories/2001Retreat3.htm)
Michael J. Friedel - Geology Chair has 22 years of worldwide experience leading teams and teaching in ecological, geological, and water research. He holds Doctor of Philosophy and M.S. in civil engineering degrees from University of Minnesota; and both M.S. and B.S. degrees in Geosciences from University of Wisconsin. He has held senior positions at U.S.G.S.; U.S. Bureau of Mines and has authored numerous books, papers, and treatises on resources and will advise us in those areas.( see http://michaeljfriedel.com )
Dale Haling - Patent Law Chair Mr. Halling provides the technical and engineering patent advice needed to pursue many of our key initiatives. (see http://editorials.arrivenet.com/profile.php?id=315&dist=3 )
Col. Dave Hughes - Principal Wireless Investigator Any one with a brief connection to electronics and wireless communication knows Dave Hughes. We plan to utilize his pioneering background and expert knowledge in several of our technical developments for irrigation, reservoir protection, and water conservation. David Hunt - IT and WEB Chair Mr. Hunt and his firm, Yunau.com, Inc., are instrumental parts of the WEB communications of Aqua Prima Center as well as the future of our electronic magazines and newsletters.
Richard "Chip" Landman - We call him "Dr. Water". Chip has been a partner in a successful water purification company, an E.P.A. manager, and a nationally recognized water purification consultant. (see http://www.epa.gov/ORD/NRMRL/pubs/600f98008/600f98008.pdf)
Geoffrey M. Taylor, P.E. - Civil Engineer and Dam Chair Geoff will be spearheading our research into saving Dams in danger from erosion, deterioration, collapse, and leaking; using space age techniques and materials.
Michael A. Vail -REUSE Chair- has a construction engineering background and has pioneered domestic water reuse in Colorado with his Legacy LLC company and devices. He has management experience in developing technologies with Vail Valley Foundation and has had wide exposute to marketing and operations while managing several start up corporations. We work with and support his REUSE campaigns to try to save millions of gallons of water in The West.
Administrative Staff -Kathryn Flobeck- V.P. for Administration Kathryn has over twenty years as a teacher, principal, and curriculum developer in public education. She will both manage our offices as well as assist in our educational initiatives to middle schools, high schools, and colleges.
