♦ Educate the Public about water thru Web Site, Newsletter, and annual Water Almanac.
♦ Research new technologies for water conservation, useage, and reclaimation.
♦ Encourage entrepreneurs to develop and innovate new solutions in materials, engineering, processes to create better dams, to build better irrigation systems, to invent new water saving produts, to improve existing water saving products, and to create capital for new companies to enter the water field.
♦ Foster the simplification of rules, regulations, and customs for water, and take an active public posture to encourage co-operation and simplification of water laws.
♦ Build Consensus in Colorado and the West to support our local interests in water, while making it clear that it's not a local problem of a few states that are in Drought, but that there can be broad effects that will ripple across our whole country and our total economy.
